Kota Damansara

Kota Damansara is the middle of the Klang Valley market in every sense — mid-price, mid-density, and increasingly mid-connected now that the Sungai Buloh–Kajang line runs through it. The blocks within walking distance of Surian and Mutiara Damansara are a different asset from the ones that need a car.

It rewards precision. Two towers on the same road can differ by fifteen per cent per square foot on nothing but the covered walkway, and the ones without it are still priced as though the line had not been built.
